Hours & time slots

Capacity per hour = active units of each type (…). Guests pick an activity, any start time (e.g. 1:05 PM) and a duration in multiples of the step above (1h, 2h, 3h…) or open time (a table until closing, released when you mark the booking Done). Availability is checked minute by minute, so an hour shows as fully booked only when no table is free at any moment of it.

Prices

Per hour, per table or station. Shown on the website and used for the estimated total in the booking form.

Happy hour — a cheaper billiards rate during these times (set the price to 0 to turn it off).

Tables & stations

Billiard tables, PlayStation 5 stations and the ping pong table. Staff assign a unit to each booking; the number of active units of a type is that type's capacity per hour. Deactivate one (e.g. under repair) to take it out of service.

New booking

The guest plays as long as they like. The unit is held until closing, or until you mark the booking Done — it's released at that moment.
